Using the best technology and finest materials, we are able to manufacture saw blades with the following characteristics:

  • Precision laser cut plates with minimum tolerances.
  • Premium quality plates hardened up to 45 Rockwell HRC.
  • Laser cut slots control the expansion of the blade caused by heat and centrifugal force.
  • Special carbide grade, increases the life of the tips.
  • Advanced tri-metal brazing.
  • All the blades are balanced and tuned. The tuning ring can be seen on most blades as a faint ring line about 3/4 the diameter of the blade.
