TC Single Flute Replacement Tip
This specially designed R.T. straight single flute router cutter is for use on Corian and solid surface materials. The shank is designed so the cutter has the option to take top bearing and the TC tips have been ground to give a soft form effect. This means there is a 1.5mm radius on the corners of the tip to minimise dirt retention and reduce stress fractures on the finished product. The tips are cross-scored and secured into the cutter body by wedges. This location method is for the prevention of cutter creep.
