A series of short presentations demonstrating the features and capabilities of the RUWI routing machines.

No 1
Features many of the range of models and accessories available from the 3 drive unit router table to the 10 drive unit. See how extra motors can be easily retro fitted to the base units for even greater versatility. Optional accessories also include the curved fence, a 3D unit which can be retro fitted and a stop ruler with fine adjustment.

Features specific applications and uses within the workplace. The unit can be used alongside existing CNC routers and saw benches to finish off work pieces which the main router is unable to do. Each unit is fitted with lockable wheels so can easily be moved to different workstations around the factory or joiner shop.

Each unit can be used for a variety of operational applications in standard format or by the use of additional accessories. Edge trimming, copying, grooving and rebating, curved work and the cutting of plastics and aluminium.

Features of the robust industrial motors fitted to every RUWI machine including the chucking fixture in a steel design, infinitely adjustable RPM rpm 8000 to 25000 and are rated for continuous use.

Optional accessories include an additional stop ruler with fine adjustment and end stops, support rail for flush routing and routing of overhanging edges, curved ruler, 3D routing unit and drive motors.
